Middle Eden currently produces 100% grass fed lamb in Fairview Heights, IL. As our tagline says “100% grass finished lamb while developing an agroforestry biome!“, we are not solely looking to provide one product but to transform our environment while and by providing many sustainable products and services. Inspired by Geoff Lawton, Eric Toensmeier, Mark Shepard, and others we set off on this journey to develop a wonderful environment to live, work, provide food for our family and others. To date, we have planted over 175 trees and we are just getting started. We are currently establishing a 14,500 square foot food forest demonstration site.
